New Repair Pricing Strategy designed to reduce turnaround time! Effective July 2002, minor repairs involving $10.00 or less in parts, or less than 30 minutes in labor will be added to the invoice without generating a formal written quote. We found that the time involved in preparing a written quote and waiting for approval unnecessarily delayed the service turnaround time and added little value for the customer. We recommend adding to your purchase order an additional amount - such as $30.00 - over and above the calibration price to cover possible minor repairs. We will never abuse your trust and will only use that additional amount for repairs that are absolutely necessary and justified.
