Custom Designs Welcomed at TCP.  Challenge Us. We Surpass Our Customer's Expectations!

When your application requires a sensor with special packaging or operating conditions, TCP has the experience and resources to design and manufacture a sensor to meet your needs.

For more than 35 years we've been providing solutions to tough application problems. Meeting customer needs has led us expanding our own capabilities. We've designed thermocouples over 90 feet long. Our smallest custom designed thermocouple had a diameter of .015 inches.

We've designed thermocouples and RTD's for a wide variety of applications for various industries. Here's a sampling of applications:

  • Ultra High Temperatures (4600F) in a Vacuum and Protected Atmosphere
  • Hot Gas or Liquid Measurement
  • Plastic Molding Machines
  • Refinery Reactor Temperature Measurement
  • Flat and Round Surface Measurements
  • Reciprocating and Turbine Engine Measurement
  • Food Processing
  • Many Others
