The HPGV pump is a high pressure hand pump with an integral test gauge fitting and a long stroke fine adjustment piston. Internal parts are brass, aluminum and stainless, with Buna N 'O' rings. The fluid reservoir is lexan. Oil, water and alcohol can be used with this pump. Features unique to the HPGV which increase its usefulness, dependability and safety
include:
- Pressure relief valve in the fill plug to prevent back pressure damage.
- Check valves which may be easily removed for cleaning.
- A hanging ring which permits hands-free operation.
- A check valve in the outlet fitting which eliminates leakage during storage.
The HPOV and XHPOV pumps (shown at the right) are identical to the HPGV described above except a second out hose connection is substituted for the integral gauge fitting. This allows the connection to a remote digital calibrator. Both outlet fittings have check valves.
The XHPGV and XHPOV pumps are high pressure versions of the HPGV and HPOV pumps. They have reduced piston and vernier diameters which make them capable of generating 5000 psi.
The simple, easy maintenance design of the HPGV will give years of trouble free service. Available with or without a gauge. Gauges can be mechanical or digital and in all standard ranges. Available in psi, Kpa, Bar or Kg/cm2 |
