The Type 3215 combines reliable solenoid valve technology with Bellofram's highly accurate, high flow booster. Single unit construction eliminates the external tubing and connectors typically needed for such large flow systems. An internal sensor maintains high accuracy for the system.. The epoxy-painted case is ideally suited for outdoor or dirty industrial environments. Command signal inputs are 0-10 VDC or 4-20 mA. Standard output ranges include; 0-30, 0-100, 0-150 psi with custom ranges available. Supply or output port sizes include; 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1" NPT, BSPT or BSPP. The Type 3215 is available with analog and logic output monitoring options. Optional analog output echoes the feedback signal from the on-board pressure sensor; logic monitor indicates the idling/searching status of the unit.
Applications include; Tire Production, Food Processing, Air Motors, Machine Tools, Web Tension and Roll Forming.
