Bellofram Heavy Duty Air Cylinders are designed for applications such as train brakes, dancer rolls, valve actuation, vents, louvers and resistance welders. These units are typically custom designed for the application but two common varieties feature 50 and 60 square inches of effective area and 6 inch strokes.

Heavy Duty Cylinders have steel shells, rods and couplings, die-cast aluminum or steel caps and pistons, oil impregnated bronze bearings, fabric-reinforced neoprene diaphragms and music wire return springs.
