The Type P38 High-Flow Regulator is designed for liquefied petroleum gas applications where a precise control of flow is needed. This regulator offers very high flow, low droop, high accuracy, and fine adjustment sensitivity. The use of a Bellofram pre-convoluted rolling diaphragm provides greater sensitivity and improved accuracy from a constant effective area. In addition, the Type P38 offers a patent pending balanced pintle design, which eliminates unsteady changes in flow characteristics, compared to more expensive units available in the industry.

Careful design and quality materials throughout assure long, trouble-free operation. Designed to be Bubble Tight and Non-relieving the unit does not leak or consume any air or gas. The Type P38 is designed to withstand harsh and abusive environments thanks to Bellofram's conversion coating of all cast components. The Type P38 has a large flow orifice and can achieve flow rates of well over 200 SCFM.
